Welcome to GoAI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoAI Chrome extension and related services (collectively, "Services"). By installing the GoAI extension and using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Services.

1. Description of Services

GoAI is a Chrome extension designed to enhance your web browsing experience by offering features such as AI-generated webpage highlights, a search engine assistant, highlighted citations, summarized key takeaways, and 24/7 customer support.

2. License Use

GoAI Technologies grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive right to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Modify, reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Services.
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise misuse the Services.
• Transfer or sell your access to the Services to any third party.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately. GoAI Technologies is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary technology in and to the Services, are owned by GoAI Technologies. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Services. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or display of the Services is strictly prohibited.

By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to data related to your browsing interactions, search history, and usage patterns. 6. Fees and Payment

Certain premium features of GoAI may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for those premium services. GoAI Technologies reserves the right to change its fees and pricing structures at any time, and any changes will be communicated to users.

7. Refund Policy

GoAI Technologies does not offer refunds for Services, except where required by law. In cases of service disruption, product malfunction, or other extraordinary circumstances, refund requests will be considered at GoAI Technologies' sole discretion. Refunds will only be granted for qualifying claims made within 30 days of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoAI Technologies, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

GoAI Technologies may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, GoAI Technologies, or third parties. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Jersey, USA.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoAI Technologies regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

15. Updates to Terms

GoAI Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
